3. Our artisans handcraft your shoes to your exact specifications.
4. Your custom pair is shipped directly to your door.

Production & Delivery Time

Made to Measure orders are handcrafted individually and typically take 2–4 weeks to complete, plus shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being processed.

• United States & International: 39€

Returns & Exchanges

Because each pair is custom-made to your measurements, Made to Measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
